I've been assuming folks are using Fannie Home Style?

Organizers of the event will probably say they are from his team and will convince you you can flip houses in SWFL, all you have to do is buy their expensive system to teach you how.

I know that Phil takes your money up front and that is the tough part, but if he teaches me and leads me to my first profitable deal EVER, why wouldn't that be worth some money?

I want to compare the architecture/quality/style of renovations and builds here in CA vs NJ.

Suspect the best rural tenants are old and rent due to lack of good condos, think pre nursing home ranch style apartments, ideally with garages. 

Welcome Russel to BP,First of all ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be looking at deals it will teach you when something is good and when you find something that is good get it under contract and then start looking for money.
