What does the "fresh talent" bring to the table for their 40% cut? 

Everyone has a talent.

Over time, I hope to focus in on a particular niche.From what I have seen so far there are some really talented people and a vast amount of good information here.

Here's whyThere are a lot of big players on this site with mass amounts of knowledge and we all know our $0.02 is welcome and accepted.However knowing the level of talent on this site it can still be hard to sign in because nobody wants to look stupid.I, myself have anwsered some threads and compared my thoughts to some of the others peoples comments and felt " Why did I bother' they know more than I do.We know we are welcome.

We are currently looking for 12 people in the D.C. area who would like to participate in a second season.The requirements are minimal:Be a BP member and have a history with the community Have at least one real estate deal we can tourEnthusiastic to share your story on cameraI will be your director on the ground and I have a talent to make people feel confident on video so if you don't have experience in this area, that's ok, but enthusiasm is a must. 

Nice work on the rehab so far; I hope your 'little' construction background includes some talented help if you feel the need.  

Suggest using your math talent getting a degree swiftly.
