Hello All,My name is Javier Diaz and I work at an awesome RE agency in Manhattan in the Chelsea area.

Many of the Manhattan crowd, can't afford Manhattan prices and look to the outer boroughs for better deals.

They must be written by east coast idiots that have never been out of Manhattan.

I live in the Upper West Side of Manhattan and have a 3-year-old daughter.Where I am at is I have read a number of books and have even taken a seminar at NYU, but still have more questions than answers.

They are hard to sell and hard to appreciate.I did the math for one of the listings in the Kansas City downtown condo ("The Manhattan") and there is no positive cash flow.

I live in Westchester and work in Manhattan!

I'm based in NYC with a Southwest Companion pass, freedom, cash and a quick commute to the airport, so I'm interested particularly in Kansas City, Sacramento, Charlotte, and Philly where numbers look better than Manhattan.  

Im looking to invest somewhere  in queens and bronx only because thats the only neighborhood that im familiar to. and also im planning to live in  as well and i prefer somewhere close by since i work in manhattan.
