The agent can forget to take it offline but in zillow if you dont renew it defaults to going off.  

It is best to market for offline off market properties.Be aware the building departments are a nightmare if you don't know what to do.If I had a desire to work Berwyn I would only use a contractor that has done 4 or more remodeles in the last year.Always go to the building departments and find out what their requirements are.

Do spend time with people off line (& on-line) who you can learn from (& vis versa) and have something to teach you (and vis versa).

:New construction that was never built/started forgot that one I had a long conversation off line with a guy from Texas that had bought a few of those.. one he sent me pics of at least had the block foundation in .. not sure if it ever got finished or not.
