I'm working on my 2nd recertification now, not sure if it was too early but with then it's never to early to send it in  My recertification status changed to the received it Friday morning and Saturday morning it changed to payment processing and I was able to see my payment schedule and it had where it was showing pending just now it changed to my rent payments processed still pending for utility, I must be honest I thought it was gone take forever but I told you I received a eviction notice and I called someone who work directly for the ramp and told her my situation she pushed my application on through to her supervisor I talked to her Thursday and it moved quickly for me after speaking to her Do you know how many times we can recertifyI don’t know for certain maybe 3 if you haven’t reached your limit they only covered so far in total 13 months so if I am not mistaken I can apply one more time I only have 2 more months for further payments to equal up my 15 month payment  

As a reservist in the Air Force you don't get VA benefits unless one of these three conditions are met. (1) You have allotted 6 years in the service as a reservist (2) you have been on active orders for 90+ days consecutively (3) {Correct me if mistaken} Accumulate 2 years of active duty time. those are my 3 options and I'm opting for the #2 option 90+ consecutive days of active duty time.

all 3 units will be subject to the ordinance, & If I’m not mistaken, the allowed annual increases would remain effective from the previous registered rents (unless the other two units were never registered somehow)I would also say that that cash flow is disproportionate to the amount of money you’re paying for this property.

The amount owed was some miniscule amount.I've seen personally so many buyers not fully understanding the tax sale process and either buying some thing that they should not, sight unseen, or mistakenly thinking that having a deed is the same as having clear title.Good luck to you, be careful is all I'm saying.
