got wrung up once from the state of Oregon and pad a slap your hand fine.. but they harped on the common enterprise and that we were the sole provider of the outcome and as such we needed to register our model as a security in Oregon.. of course we had no clue.. paid a small fine and went on our way.. but your right the regulators can take harsh views of common enterprise guaranteed returns etc.

We are super close to Wyoming so a TON of recreation opportunities an hour to 90 minutes north and northwest, but not the harsh winters.  

Growing up poor the richest person I knew was an engineer at a local chemical plant making $50,000 a year.

Would you believe I do this because I don’t want to see these absent owners lose their valuable properties to our county’s rather harsh property tax foreclosure sale?

That’s the cold harsh truth.
