Buy 1.6 gallon (only) flushing toilets - Pro Flow makes one (sold by Ferguson and their housebrand) and also I'd highly recommend Toto - they make a Drake ADA model Dont ask me how I know ha - In college years I worked at my relatives plumbing warehouse and have a couple friends that own a plumbing business so have learned - also learned way more than I anticipated once I bought our present business.

Many times they've upgraded to their next bigger home and would like the money applied to their new mortgage.Buyers, on the other hand, often times aren't flush with the cash to out right purchase a home.

Like Oregon was non judicial prior to the GFC but with robo signing and in an abundance of caution the banks switch to judicial sales for many years .. its come back to trustee sales again as those toxic mortgages have been flushed through the system.. but in my experience all states can do both .. but one method is more common..
