There is a countless number of property managers in DFW.

I have seen countless borrowers get hung on a hard money loan because A) the numbers where never going to work for a take out loan B) something about the property does not qualify for takeout financing. 

I’ve watched countless hours worth of wholesaling videos, from multiple wholesalers/investors on youtube, such as how to find comps, calculating the ARV, repairs, MAO and live calling to sellers/agents. 

Talking in generalities not this specific company or situation.The flip side is that multi-millionaires that have made it do not have time to answer countless questions from people just wanting educating for free.

I had spent countless hours going through the materials before I attended so when I went it was digestible.

However, as is probably clear by now, there are countless ways to slice the data to derive all manner of different rankings.

For example (not to state the obvious), comparable rents are available on countless RE sites, taxes can be estimated by finding a comparable property in the neighborhood on the country tax page, and insurance quotes can be easily requested.

I can point out countless new investors who come to this forum for guidance, create a direct mail campaign that bombs and they fizzle out with nothing to show for their efforts.
