I put a note on the door indicating I will be with the next group shortly, and I feel that seeing the other interested parties or knowing there are other viewings often prompts the potential tenants into making their decision faster.I do not do open house style viewings, and only allow one person/group in at a time to keep the chance of someone swiping something to a minimum, I haven't had a problem yet.
