None of them have their own money involved, they have a list of 2800 or so they say, investors that they mass email out a property, they usually get from the one off deals from unsuspecting students who bring in deals in hopes for a collaboration.

Evernote is great but takes a lot of time crafting and is not the best for collaborative work.  

However we collaborate with some wonderful agents.

It'll be interesting to see how both KC and Airbnb collaborate to ensure that new listings are being properly vetted and shut down where necessary.

I want to create a co-working space like @work for business people to collaborate, network, rent private offices, have a short term lease (part time), coffee bar, printers, WIFI, conference room, etc. 

I would welcome a meetup to discuss potential collaborations.
