So after reading up on the house info, I noticed that an agent from my local Century 21 had listed it, and there was a button to contact them to discuss potentially buying the house.

Selling in the 21st century, particularly to millennials that really appreciate transparency and information, and hate being pitched to, isn't what it was in the 20th century. 

He had the IN and knew they wanted to sell a beautiful early 20th century three-decker at a rock bottom price.

Hi @Cherish NicoleNot sure about Tampa Bay, specifically, but I do know that there are a number of "big" brokerages (Keller Williams, Century 21) that offer 100% splits after a certain threshold is reached.

I am looking to bring the property management aspect of the company to the 21st Century and would like to hear how others are running their companies.

He also does a lot of the finances for the Realtors in my Century 21 office.
