Zillow and Century 21

I am new to the site, so I apologize if this is in the wrong category. I'm also new to real estate investing as well. I just came across a property on Zillow valued almost 15 grand below its "Zestimate" and nearby the comps. All of the houses in the area are the exact same (military town). So after reading up on the house info, I noticed that an agent from my local Century 21 had listed it, and there was a button to contact them to discuss potentially buying the house. So my question is, how would I go about assigning the contract to a buyer? I did some research, and, from my understanding, it all comes down to the type of listing agreement the seller has with Century 21? Is this correct? How would I go about this? Please not that I'm not trying to steal business/commissions from the agent, but if this is an open listing, then it's fair game. I think... Thank you
