@Dru Kenny You are buying plastic and glass put together the brand does not matter as long as it is "welded" which every brand is nowadays.

I feel your pain....finding a good honest Contractor is hard nowadays, always has been...I'm still saying that $15,000 for a shower kit/panel replacement job is ridiculously high.....

Flips can be very tricky and risky and difficult specially nowadays where contractors are in high demand and are very difficult to find.

Hi John,It seems like the endless "Buzz Saw" sound and smells of the paints and stains might effect apartment renters decision to stay long term or not.Have you ever heard a board being ripped on one of those big buzz saws?

There are a lot of tools out there nowadays, I get that, so I was hoping that some people could chime in with what they've used to help make decisions.  

P&I on $100k loan nowadays is about $425 a month, and for the sake of this example lets just say taxes and insurance are a mythical $50 amonth.
