Couple of suggestions:1) Use Google Streetview to virtually drive around the area, so you know if it's Class A, B, C or D.2) Use your own inspector to find out the condition of the property and if it's Class A, B, C or D.3) Once you know Class of area and property, fInd out from the agent what challenges you'll have from the corresponding Class of tenant.4) Try to find out the average Days On Market for similar rentals in the area.
