@Henry BaghYou can start with local lenders and local banks and even credit unions some have DSCR options.

Also from researching I was told if there are mortgages on a property at a tax sale the bank would step in to protect their investment and pay the taxes to get the property.

One of the most enticing aspects of DSCR loans for investors is the lower documentation, paperwork, and overall “hassle” when compared to more traditional lending, including conventional and bank options.

I do have sufficient cash of our own in our bank accounts to show we could cover the mortgage for ~6 months if it was unrented.

The program is in the first position as a lien holder on your home which means that no bank is going to finance or refinance a home where the bank is not the first lien holder.

In Lee County Florida alone, they now have 26 lawsuits filed.Also, in Harris County, Texas, a garnishment order was issued against Blacktip and various other parties for their Bank of Ozarks bank accounts.
