With the homeowner involved it gets a LOT more complicated on the legal, financial, emotional front and you’re dealing with someone whose mindset as to risk is a lot different than the professional investor.  

Even as a professional, it requires a lot of time and research. 

I’ve realized basically every one of these signs I’ve seen is either hand written or just not professional looking at all they say “we buy houses cash” and have a number underneath . 

I'm excited to be part of this vibrant community of real estate enthusiasts, investors, and professionals.I first started my professional career in real estate while in the MBA program at NDSU.

Any professional (Architect or Engineer) will already know what is required based on their experience in that space.

I had professional pool maintenance over the years, but that is not your only cost.

If the state you are lending in requires a license, you should find someone with the appropriate credentials to originate the loan for you professionally.
