@Alan Ford The fires caused 2500 cabins to burn down but tourism has been up 1m per year for the last three years.  

Hopefully they start to reopen June 1 but I am concerned at how long it will take all the supporting business (restaurants, PMs, housekeepers, etc.) to staff up to really support the tourism influx once it comes.

There has been an uptick in outdoor recreation-based tourism there over the past few years (many of Colorado's 14ers are nearby), but the economy is still largely dependent on the Climax mine, which is dependent on the global demand for steel so it experiences large boom and bust cycles.

Once a client is in the doors here at Carrot, like @Elizabeth Wilson mentioned I feel there's no company that can beat us (and yes we're happy as heck to hop on a phone call where needed)... but admittedly we've relied too much on technology for inbound sales phone calls and likely are missing out on working w/ awesome clients such as yourself. 

I would not be too quick to judge the recovery of the tourism industry on the island until the season gets into full-swing.

The apprentice program covers quite a bit including- Getting qualified leads (which THEY send over in the first few months)- Documentation / contracts / etc- 5x / wk help calls- Setting up your inbound marketingI think other BP threads have a lot of comments talking about how valuable the program was. 

I'm buy and hold with Vassar Hospital, Marist expansion and tourism; it will be a good rental.
