I'm not sure if we're committed to year round living or just 6 months of the year.I see a lot of fairly nice looking stuff on the internet that seems to be languishing on the MLS and banks and builders starting to offer some good incentives.Any suggestions from any of you.I don't really want to live in the suburbs or exurbs of Denver, preferring the slightly higher elevations and smaller town life.This means that my wife has pretty much scratched Oregon from the list.all cash

The Black Mountain recreation area is nice, the elevation keeps it cool (compared to lower areas nearby) and the 56 provides for a short trip to the beach.
