If you can't do the math, or if you don't do the math, or if you rely on a broker or someone else to do your research for you then it will be very difficult for you to see properties for sale that are goldmines.I find it to be more important to do the math so I know what not to buy.

@Angel Rosado We will have to get permits and what not with the town we live in, and then it will have to be reassessed for tax reasons when the studio is done.
