The Trustee of the trust is typically listed on title to real property, so while that may provide you some anonymity, you have to ask if you really want to track down that person to sign documents related to your real property? 

We signed up for Connected Investors 9-4-16.

Then you'll get the promissory note and mortgage instrument signed and notarized along with all your other closing paperwork with the title company and the title company will record the mortgage with the county.

I signed up for both a couple months ago and basically bounced back and forth between the two to see if I was presented with duplicate data, and often times I was, but the data that was contradictory was alarming. 

Worst yet, the seller was sent this incorrect QCD to sign and notarize which they did.  

Within 1 month in listing we already have 30k in bookings. still there are deals. searched for a year before signing to this property.

Even in my primo areas, you don't get top dollar you do get a really primo city though.In regards to this, the risk is likely not worth it unless the operator has a successful track record, puts a healthier deposit, and signs waivers to own all liability.
