I'm originally from Queens, NY and lived in New Jersey for a long time (Jersey is where I was investing) and the numbers out here are a refreshing and stark contrast. 

That doesn't make sense to me as I am aware of businesses structured as an llc selling with the buyer refreshing depreciation and the like with the plantand equiptment.

Keep in mind the US Supreme Court used a similar argument to justify the interment of Japanese citizens in WWII.  

It's the best and most refreshing program I've seen in years.
