We need to move into commercial lending, I have found, as I continue to read on BP.To come up with the money for our slow-and-steady acquisitions plan, we have saved up bonus or reenlistment lump sums, used the DoD 10% Savings Plan while on deployments, set aside funds at from promotions, and TSP loans to get down payment money, as well as accumulated mutual funds that we cashed out. 

The promoter is still around somewhere, somehow so they can offer that level of income protection.  

I have an idea.  Please give me your thoughts and suggestions.  There is a very cute town near my hometown that is in need of some desperate revitalization.  It has very good bones and could be Any Town, USA.  My idea...

Forget all the "illegal" assignments and everything else you hear about, it's mostly propaganda crap, promoted by people with Their own agenda, or just ignorance of the law.
