Wes,I never play the highest and best game because I know that I can get another deal.However, if you believe that there is not another deal as good as this one then you have to decide if you are willing to pay the extra $$'s.I have had times where I believed that the listing agent was holding my offer long enough to bring in another buyer.

I learned you just have to wait and play the game but a 50% offer is only a low ball offer if someone else is willing to pay significantly more for it.

I hesitate to have them play the witholding rent game, especially without even sending the property management a written compliance notice zo should they just send one each month until theyve lined up a place to live.Thanks!
