But Philosophy aside, look for a partner that has done this before. 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

In college you will learn a lot of life applicable things, you will network with a lot of people who will be valuable to you down the line (this is where your major is important), you will learn how to communicate more effectively, you will learn how to learn better, and overall you will be a more educated well-rounded person from core classes like psychology, philosophy, and the like.

No two people agree on everything and I certainly disagree with many of the philosophies of others on here, but I've also found great, real people to work with.

It only causes work for me :) This came about because (all happened this summer)Situation 1- a tenant gave 17 days notice that they were moving out 3 months 17 days early because their house closed early than expected.Situation 2- 4 months into a 18 months lease a tenant gives the landlord 45 days notice they were moving out because they had a house under contract to buy.I also didn't think it was right for the tenants to be able to "break the lease" but a landlord wasn't able too.I follow the due unto others as you want done to yourself philosophy.
