We can talk off line about what to write but I could do tax liens, Something for newbies, or some stories about how some deals evolved.

Seeing as much data as we do each month (50k+ online leads, mostly motivated sellers) and seeing lots of wix, weebly, and cheaply built pretty sites “just to get something online” I can say that if you’re doing a bunch of any type of marketing offline... that you’ll be losing money and leads with a site from those cheap website builders or fiverr providers from under performance.

I say one of the best ways to do direct mail is by building your own list from doing online and offline marketing.

I agree a lot with @Jerry Puckett, he’s an experienced investor on both the online and offline approaches :)Online leads are shoppers because that’s just the nature of the internet.

Try branding yourself both online and offline.
