There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

In general though, I'm really surprised at the lack of innovation across cards here. 

When this happens it could be a catalyst for more pain felt throughout the general economy since so many private and public pension funds, insurance companies, private equity companies, and local high net worth individuals have a significant capital flowing through the local SF bay economy in the form of start up investments.

Also, I love how there's tons of catalysts for population and job growth.

It is inherently risky as you are now risking your primary residence, but if you have job security and proper reserves it could be the catalyst for big things!
