Kenzo/Brewerytown/etc might have great cash flow, but if you wouldn't live there then its in the noise.

The existing plan has both bedrooms off the kitchen, so I wouldn't worry about it as far as noise. 

When I was starting out I worked multiple bartending jobs and fixed up motorcycles, it was a grind but I'm glad I did it. 

The current tenants are all for the light well infill because it provides them with more privacy as well as removing noise traveling through their window.

Hello everyoneWe are in NJ and currently in the process of looking for a house to move out of the current rental apartment since our kids need more space and the tenants downstairs from us have already complained that the kids are making too much noise.

I think too many people these days are trying to figure out how to quit "the grind" too early.

I'm still ok with carpet in bedrooms, especially 2nd floor for noise reduction.   

After taking them down, grinding the stumps and reseeding the house looks 100% better.
