Can you guarantee that someone won't twist an ankle or get hurt some other way?  

Everything from high end laser inlay fountain pens to "daily-driver" twist pens to corporate gifts.

You'll spend thousands in analyzing this deal, then find out the numbers just don't work, but as a new investor you'll have all your emotions tied into it, then your emotions will twist reality and tell you it's still a good deal and justify the bad numbers, and you'll be tempted to say "I've already spent this much, I can't back out now". 

There are indeed some differences with the overall process as most real estate laws are more closely related to how things are done in Spain vs the US but most banks deal with the same players ( Fannie Mae,  HUD, VA etc) that you find in the states with a few twists..

First of all, I am still fairly new to BP, so please be gentle...So here is the situation.  

A single propane wall unit seems quite costly a month too, but I just don't know enough.Hours and hours of google'ing has me all twisted up on what to do too.Any thoughts on heating this old tin can?

One thing I have learned over the years is areas have commonalities but also have different twist and turns.I have learned so much from this site it is amazing.I do agree that accurate information is critical.My learning experience started with "knowledge is power" and then over the years went to "applied knowledge is power".The reasoning is if you do not apply and put into force what you learn then it is not working for you but sitting in your brain collecting dust.Then I finally moved to "applied and accurate knowledge is power".If the knowledge is correct and true and you apply it you will get the best results.There are some grey areas where it's not all black and white but you work to try to find the most accurate answer possible to a situation.I have found this topic interesting as well as the one Rich posted among others.It's refreshing not to see the same topic of a common question asked for the thousandth time on the forum.
