@Matt Cramer You're best option for generating motivated seller leads in opening a conversion optimized website and working diligently, on SEO, Google Adwords, Facebook, Bing, Yahoo, etc. lead generation.

I have no plans for SEO or to use it for lead capture (no forms).

In fact I'm sitting in Starbucks right now using my dad's laptop to do all of my real estate related activities because my computer went kaput a while ago and I couldn't afford my internet bill this month to boot.I'm on the verge of completing an amazing online marketing system based all on SEO and organic searching (can't afford any ppc) so I'm hoping that will turn things around for me.

The SEO hits sometimes page 1 of Google for a keyword term and position 1 or 2 at the top organically.Organic SEO is what it is all about.

The leads that wont work for me are forwarded to a realtor and I get a referral fee if they get the listing and sell the house.I use a variety of marketing techniques including networking with realtors that have distressed inventory, getting on wholesalers' lists, having a SEO website for sellers and sending direct mail.

Looking for recommendations - would like someone to build simple we buy houses website - don't need anything too complicated - this wont be for SEO, it will be a site that I can include in my mailers for people to go to if they'd rather do that then call.Best, -JD
