No one here on this forum, or on earth, will have the perfect answer because they are not in your shoes.

If you know how to build better mousetraps, build mousetraps, if you know how to trade bonds, trade bonds, or stocks, or oil, or rare earth minerals, but I think for the average American, the best way to get wealthy is to invest in real estate.   

So leaving a mark on this earth, I guess, would be naturally the full focus after financial freedom. 

Back in the 80's when I was growing up in north Idaho, climate people said the earth was cooling rapidly and our area would be covered by glaciers by 2020.The bottom line is that computer models are not terribly accurate (have never been accurate actually) and that no one truly knows exactly what will happen, when or why.

When your first red flag came up why on earth didn't you walk away??

Why on earth would you even want to do such a thing . 

I’ve been a hairstylist and salon owner for 25 years I’ve been very successful likely because I’m pretty down to earth and relatable but also have a good sense for sales and business.

I also did a few posts on development a few years back that I still get feedback on.There is NO PLACE on earth that has the challenges of California, and especially southern California.

If they truly are a pleasure to work with and I feel as if they want to develop a relationship, I'll move heaven and earth to take great care of them.

That's actually a good sign for me.3) I also like to use Google Earth view to zoom out and see how far the house is from city center or schools or shops, etc.
