Again, this goes with my theme that in MFM, you are usually surrounded by other neophytes.Okay, even though I have so many disappointments, I did post in the FB group and start a conversation with someone, and THEY introduced me to an operator, and I have been doing capital raising for them, which led to a referral to another operator that I'm raising for.

I saw some old negative posts on BP about Blue Gate but nothing within last 2 years and I didn't find info on the others. 

Continue to repeat #1 recommendation every 12 months until you are tired of moving.The ugly truth is that you need some money to start investing in real estate and I strongly recommend you do it with your own money before you start lending money from family and friends.All the best and keep up posted on your progress.

I see no magnifying glass, i’ve also wondered this even on my desktop it’s ultra impossible to search the thousands of posts for a single topic. 

Once the moratorium is lifted (and rent still has not been paid), then I can post a Notice to Vacate and proceed with filing an eviction.
