Pretty sure we are not allowed to promote specific companies in the forums. 

A lot of cities with housing shortages are promoting these in California and the state government recently passed a law making it easier to do these.

My girlfriend and I found and bought property almost two years ago but due to a job promotion we never ended up living there.

Well, I am sorry for the confusion.....I thought I was able to speak freely, but apparently not-my thoughts are governed here, so I will not stay, and I will no longer promote this site to my investors.

We need to move into commercial lending, I have found, as I continue to read on BP.To come up with the money for our slow-and-steady acquisitions plan, we have saved up bonus or reenlistment lump sums, used the DoD 10% Savings Plan while on deployments, set aside funds at from promotions, and TSP loans to get down payment money, as well as accumulated mutual funds that we cashed out. 

The promoter is still around somewhere, somehow so they can offer that level of income protection.
