They offer an Elite Diamond member package for $25,000 and I was curious if anyone one has made this purchase and can give me a little insite on what to exspect and more so if it's worth it.

Black Diamond meet-up and several others exist in MA.  

@Ryan Meggison two that I know of are Black Diamond REI which I believe meets twice monthly, alternating between Worcester and Waltham, and South Coast REIA which meets in Fall River.

I spent $1,800 on the Bob Diamond Tax Sale overage course but looking for partners or just to share the cost for $500 down plus a little extra if this sounds of something of interest to you.

Edge of top tiles is biggest issue, I've both had them rounded over by granite shop for $5 each, and used diamond pads in a drill to polish out the square edge.

if you will not be i would do as @Ricardo Meza said and carefully remove the grout, but be careful trying to break the tile out with just a chisel, any pressure against surrounding tiles will chip them. what i would do, is take a grinder with a diamond blade and carefully make some cuts, cutting out the towel bar holder and a couple cuts in that tile ( being careful not to hit other tiles), this will make release cuts so that the tile will remove easier with the chisel. the towel bar holder is cemented into the wall, when you get it out there will be a hole in the wall there.

Crunch the numbers, do your due diligence, and you'll find the diamonds in the rough relatively quickly.Education Points:1) Network.
