I heard Danny say on a Podcast that if your budget is $500.00/mo it probably wont produce the number of leads/deals that say $2500.00 a month will.

@Leonard Maddox, If he's selling the homes individually as a "RESIDENT OWNED" land and home package he's very wise to go with MOD over HUD any day for a number of reasons.
