Hello there, I own a 5.10 acre lot in Texas, near Fort Hancock, I'm interested in swapping for land in SoCal, Arizona or Nevada.

In most of the cities here, the license is tied to the property and property owner, and the management company or responsible party can be swapped out.  

I just need to manage it better/swap electrical contractors on the next one.

We added a wall to create five offices, we took down the ceiling and drywalled the ceiling, we changed the glass in the windows so you could see out of them, we swapped out of the florescent lighting for lovely dimmable lighting, and we painted the entire suite in lovely colors.

These are easy to wash and the tenant can swap them out if they prefer a different color.
