going up and down from parents to kids can disqualify the account. going Horizontal to brothers and sisters is ok. 

Less midnight “my toilet is clogged or my window is drafty” calls, less “I can’t pay you this month because my sister’s boyfriend’s cat died and blah blah…”, no “I didn’t pay for renter’s insurance because I didn’t actually read my lease”, etc.

@Elizabeth NenqueRequests like this are not uncommon- my sister ran into it last year when she was house hunting.

My plan is to use my sister as the person to obtain an FHA loan (she has good credit 700+, Ok paying job, and capital).

My sister in law says if I do not want any rain in Bay Area there is 3 months that typically do not have much rain.  

My wife & her sister were willed a home 50 & 50 in Statesville,NC.

I'll give that a shot Blair Knowles , I actually spend a decent amount of time in your neck of the woods with family in Shelburne and my sister going to UVM.

I also have a sister in law who currently lives there. 

My mother sister and I are close to raising 25-30k to invest in real estate in Chicago, Houston, or New Orleans as our first re project. 

And when it is your mother, sister, brother, or best friend that gets screwed over the same way I am sure you will says it is "just business".
