@Bruce Lynn I called one of them recently, and they spilled their guts about many issues, and I helped it smooth things over in the interim. 

So that everything runs smoothly, and you don't have a lot of downtime if something happens, or changes in the plans (which it will).

The type of finish will also contribute to the overall price (i.e. smooth finish, orange peel, knockdown..)Keep in mind I am in Los Angeles. 

We did have to have specific language for this, and the banks have us send them a copy of this language with a signed release type of form so it all goes smoothly at closing.

That was the whole reason I asked if it was Sec. 8 or City - Sec. 8 will let that slide about 50% of the time meaning if that is all they find they tell you to put them up and go away but the city is another story.Count your blessings Nick - I hope they all go that smooth :)

In my experience, the estimated closing date is usually wrong, but I hope things go that smoothly for you.  

On a side note, I used the BiggerPockets/TransUnion tenant screening and it worked very smoothly.

Scrolling should now be smooth as silk and because we shrunk the amount of code it took to create this by 2/3, all forum pages should load more quickly as well.- We've increased the font sizes around the forums.
