Never drank anything that looked like Kool-Aid, lol, but they would feed the crews some days and offered brownies once, which I stalled for a second when offered and the Mrs laughed and said "there not pot brownies, I wouldn't give those away, lol".

The investor will pay for the draw when requested and after certain bench marks are made and inspection are passed.  

Also, make sure you check any utensils, pots and pans, etc., if you have them.
