Tell them if they don't allow you to move to another agent you are going to leave them all together.  2)  Interview some independent insurance agents as they will have the best options for portfolios of 10 locations or more.  

And as i watch the news they are starting  to interview landlords that are voluntarily waiving rent for the next month.. so those folks are getting a ton of good will and national exposure.  

@Paige Hill I see investors taking a lot of time researching what their team has to look like, then trying to interview many people from an OOS market to decide who to use.

I wouldn't waste anytime joining a brokerage, do plenty of research and interview with multiple offices.

For this situation, how would you navigate finding out information while interviewing tenants like: where are you from, how old are you generally, where did you go to school, what do you like to do for fun, do you have a SO who will be over often, do you cook a lot, etc.?

I am hoping I can screen for these things during "Pet interviews".

I currently do a phone interview, application, and showing.

I do use a property manager and when I was interviewing them, their lease mattered in my decision.Beverage - for sure! 

I know many big commercial shops tell you at the interview that you can't come to work for them unless you have a years worth of income in the bank because commercial deals usually move a lot slower.
