Aside from the legality, it is useless.....there is an almost endless supply of buyers/investors/flippers, etc all seeking a property from a greatly reduced pool of auction properties. 

I would recommend you give him a call, he has helped clients endlessly and creatively for me. 

Holding would have been better, but at the time I needed liquidity… I suppose that struggle is and will be endless.

Having a structured approach can prevent investors from endlessly researching and encourage them to take action within a reasonable timeframe.

Hey @Aaron FaulkThere are endless ways to structure arrangements like this and they depend on a zillion unknowns, including what everyone wants out of the arrangement.

I did end up getting almost endless calls from Agents offering to list it for me.

I know that some people democrats think the Federal government is a source for endless money it is not.
