There is a distinct difference.  

I distinctly recall empty freeways in Bellevue during rush hour after the last crash.  

It is also true most of the general population makes no distinction of what step the property is currently in.

FWIW, I think his education is great if a) he teaches in a style that works for you (his style is pretty distinct!)

@Canesha Edwards  In Georgia there is a distinction between tax liens and tax deeds. 

With experience in both markets, I am not sure there is really a great distinction between the two markets and it is more of a function of opinion and comfort.In both markets you will find assets that run the range from low to high value.

Whales" (high "stakes", long / broad / deep experience) like yourself and your colleagues are likely the exception and not the rule.I guess I don't make the same distinction between "investor" and "business entity." 

I see the opposite as a distinct possibility moving forward.

Hi..Im also a beginner, but as far as the llc question, definitley do business as your LLC- it is the greatest business invention ever-thats the best way to protect yourself and ensure that you are distinct from your business

Of course the existing mortgage is in place regardless but can we agree that there is a distinction between buying and selling sub-2 and using an actual AITD?
