If you have a car and get out a little further I'd recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham.  

If you haven't been to a Black Diamond REIA meeting yet you should join us at the next one in Worcester is June 16 at the Compass Tavern at 6PM if you want to meet for a coffee or something stronger and to chat about the market here send me a message and we can work something out. 

He actually presented at my Black Diamond networking group on the situation, it was so bizarre.  

You just missed the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham Tuesday which is a great one to go to (2nd meeting in Worcester too).  

Funny, I was just having this conversation with my Black Diamond partners, as we are planning on presenting on exactly this topic in October, regarding this and other "apologies".

It's all a funnel and if you are going to spend time analyzing deals, why not do live deals (maybe you stumble across a diamond!)?

@Mike Hurney runs a couple of meetings on the North Shore, there is a good REIA in Chelmsford, @Ann Bellamy organizes the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester too) and @Justin Silverio does a quarterly meetup in Woburn (Though the one TONIGHT is on site at a finished rehab project in Reading).
