Some brokers are also correspondent lenders and have access to private capital, allowing them to provide more creative lending options (like getting a second mortgage on your investment property to repay your down payment after closing 😊).

I have kept all of our correspondence from messenger and I can tell you I have called her out a number of times about lying to me by showing mine and hers texts.But it never fails she always come up with excuses rather than just admit she lied.
