To keep my name off all assets, and yet offer ease of movement into and out of the LLC's for selling assets, I set up a trust to purchase each individual property (And another for every other thing my wife and I own, cars, clothes, Jewelry, guns, cats ...)

What's done is done, but imagine this (since you already did research), what if the asbestos during your demo, flew and landed on your clothing, you bring them home, hug the kids, get them to inhale it, when you remove them and put them on the hamper, it contaminates it.

I had to move away from Proper on my 2nd property because they have a hard stop rule with cloth wiring.

No way around those that I'm aware of....They do make some new units that don't need a duct to dry clothes , called ventless dryers, check those out....

@Cary Ferguson Jr because a tailor makes clothes doesn't mean you can't learn to dress yourself. 

Go to meetups, ask questions here, look for the guys that drive old cars, buy their clothes at Costco, and seem to have loads of free time.

I'm currently furnishing a short-term rental and am curious about how many of each kind of towel I should get (Bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, bath mat).

My favorite was the time an inspection passed except for the fact that the tenant was dirty and had a bunch of clothes on their couch.
