I googled each adult tenant listed on the application and I went to the local police department to see if they had dealings with any of the tenants.  

Work well with others and I feel collaboration is always more beneficial than competition.My other job when I'm not investing and running a large-scale business is that of a wife of a police officer, mom of two awesome sons, backyard chicken farmer and city beekeeper.  

But unless you really want to service your own note, I suggest bundling the service, we really use the FP polices for the community banks we write which are better enabled to service their own loans.

Doesn't really matter what the industry is, doctors, lawyers, engineers, accountants, police officers, firemen, teachers, they all receive formal training and are mentored by peers, well, more like superiors.

I think you could simply write a clause about no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, etc. and hope for the best (harder to police someone fertilizing for example).

The reason is the city and county need those payments to survive and pay for the operations of day to day governmental services (police, fire, water, courts, etc.)So when people do not pay the taxes the governments sell off the liens as certificates to get paid right away.
