$1.2 million to settle, you could probably get that reduced to nothing if you are willing to sell your soul and remove it by Christmas!

Too many of the people before us did this for trips to Hawaii for Christmas to “look at properties”. 

And have extra to give to others, buy presents for the families on the angel Christmas tree, etc. 

My accomplishments: Over a dozen 1st/2nd/3rd place trophies at the Prince George's/Montgomery County All-Stars swimming competition. #1 player in the world for the on-line game Descent 3.

Currently, I have a page for the VR's on the website for our main business, a Christmas tree farm.  

@Jane DangI would bet there are looking to move and don't want to move at Christmas time.  7% is a high increase.  

From my perspective as someone who got licensed at 18 and is now 61 LOL  Ugh.. and all I have ever done is real estate sales etc..its a lifestyle if you think its a job your sunk before you start.. there are now hours.. your hours are owned by your clients.. much like a mortgage broker who is a top producer.And since my dad had a real estate company and I saw literally 100s of agents come through the doors and I have owned 3 brokerages.. its the same old adage 10% make 90% of the money.. now GENERALLY speaking those 10% ers are highly motivated have excellent support at home.. they have good to great sales skills and people skills.. and like I say they don't look at a clock or calendar.. every day is work day.. in this business you have normal lulls.. like thanks giving and Christmas that's when you take your vacations ..

Hoping for a Thanksgiving booking and Christmas to New Years. 

Went to visit my daughter Christmas and they had two pit bull attacks involving children, one in December and one in April.

No letter no call no text, just moved out and I knew a week into it when a neighbor called told me the unit is vacant.Happened over the holidays went through Thanksgiving and Christmas without much activities and after Jan 1 I got a bunch of sudden inquiries and too many applicants.
