I want folks to walk in and say wow that is nice I like this and be happy warm feeling while they are looking at the house.like I said it just my 2 cents and maybe you can use alittle something from it.

You can also:-do direct mail campaigns-cold call-Warm market-pass out business cards to EVERYONE you meet.

They just need to get warmed up.

I won't be really helpful here with reasons because I can't really pin down anything that they did that was specifically wrong but I just don't get the warm fuzzies dealing with them.I guess my feeling was that they should have been more on top of some things, telling me rather than waiting for me to get the info from them to tell them.
