The weaker society grows, the smarter I look and the more people available to pay my mortgages!

We like the Arbor Day foundation and Humane Society.

In fact, I just found a pre-forclosure home on the Historical Society in Tualatin that may be a shot for good returns on a flip or even a cash-flowing property.

A population that will be responsive to government programs (aka vote buying), and to create a society that is not cohesive. 

The biggest and newest legal play is in charging landlords with discrimination against someone who has served his time and paid his debt to society. 

Are we really a free people and are we really a capitalistic society? 

I strongly agree with @Alexander Felice that the most valuable books to read are not those offering the latest idea du jour on motivation or management principles but rather those that force you to evaluate society and your role as a part of it. 

In addition, this is promoting the corpretocracy that is very apparent in todays society.
