The one I just sold was grandfathered into free super charging so I never paid when I went over land out of state etc.I need the 4 runner for fishing trips back into the boonies.PS I was going to buy a cybertruck but I needed it in Dec for the write off I did not get an opportunity to buy it till feb.

I looked at land and on same street there are rentals renting for 200 less than people being advertised higher I'm like wow people are going to be taken advantage of. that was in October I'm sure it's even worse now

The city must compensate you for taking property so the seller could argue that their silence on this matter caused you no damage.At different apartment complexes, we have twice had the city ask to annex our land, both times to install a sidewalk.

That's in better areas--not the pit-of-hell area you are describing.I wouldn't ever invest in a high crime area UNLESS you raze the property and hold the land long-term, hoping for a turnaround.
