Especially if interest rates went back up to those mid-teens levels that I hear they were at in the 80's when I was just a kid.Or, maybe there is still room for financing rental properties, and the fact that an interest rate jumps over a period of time from 4% to 8% or whatever, is countered by the fact that the price has dropped 30%, or 50%, and you just have to put a little more down up front, and there is more incentive to pay it off quicker rather than go get property number two.I'd love to hear what some people think.

I would trust those CEOs.Now, you can fault ETFs and Mutual funds for not being sexy or flashy.  

But I differ from a lot of people, I WILL get a Lamborghini before I am 28. cause fast. and sexy.

Also own a dozen mobile homes here i will work to get out of and about 10-12 spaces to bring in and get filled24 Space Park Indiana  No Debt , Partner ( passive on this  deal) 32 space Park Southern IL  ( Small debt , Partner ( passive on this deal but exit is nearing)  I don't have a big sexy number of units or  properties but have always focused on value add.  

There was an instance where a teen got in a car and backed over a toddler who was hiding under his tires during a game of hide and seek with her father.

Austin may be over-publicized and non-sexy as a result, but there is a reason for all of the press.

Go big sounds sexy and it gets your attention.
